dogs can read your mind

while I am waiting for Yahoo to recover my lost blogs, including my blog called DOGSPEAK, I will work on this posting. But you won't understand it until you read the original blog.
so I have continued my tests about dogs being able to read minds. I have now found out HOW they do it. they read whatever human brain signals are associated with EYESIGHT!
DOGS can "see" through OUR EYES.

I came to realise this one morning when I awoke before dawn. I didn't open my eyes but just layed there listening to my wife and the dogs, who sleep in our bedroom, breathing, snoring, barking/talking in thier sleep. I layed there for at least an hour and nothing changed. the MOMENT I opened my eyes the dogs awoke and came to the side of the bed to greet me good morning. If you ever lived with dogs in your life you know how happy they are to see you. Then it dawned on me what might be happening, so I conrinued by testing every morning. I wanted to be sure it wasn't my body movement or breathing change etc. that alerted them I was awake. every test I did showed it was EYESIGHT! that alerts them. I even got to the point that I could keep my eyes closed while I got out of bed, and if I was quiet enough, could get dressed and leave without the dogs awakening.... UNTIL I opened my eyes!
So I tried OTHER tests. while all my dogs showed this ability, to one degree or another, SUZI ( my 6 yr. old yellow lab/pyranese mix)  is definitely the best. I noticed that SOMEHOW she NEVER MISSED alerting to the image of a dog on TV. whenever a dog barks on TV all my other dogs went to the windows and looked for the dog EXCEPT SUZI who goes to the TV. since the TV is piped through my surround sound system, she wasn't attracted to it by the direction of the sound. SHE KNOWS it's TV. I know this beyond a doubt because we also have outdoor security cameras that display on the TV. Whenever someone comes down the gravel drive and it's on TV, suzi will hear the gravel crunching, look at the TV and see a vehicle coming down the drive and go to the door to greet the arrival.
She can be sound asleep on the sofa and when a dogs image comes on in a TV commercial she will instantly look at the tv. to test this I can wait until she's sound asleep, and pull up an image of a dog on my computer and Suzi will instantly awaken. but she looks at the TV. maybe I'll make an effort to show her the computer screen and see if she learns to tell the difference.

UPDATE Mar. 2017

suzi passed a couple years ago. since then we have adopted two other dogs for a total of three. 8 year old choclab cocoa, 3 year old blackmouth cur kendra and and 2 year old yellow collie molly. all of which we adopted as infants.
i have continued my experiments, which have now become routine.
all three of them sleep in our bedroom, on the floor, aorund our bed.
every morn i will awaken mentally but not open my eyes. i stay very still and take note of the situation. all asleep and snoring etc.
i can lay there awake but with my EYES CLOSED for an hour or more and the dogs will not stir.
when i open my eyes they start activity within a minute or two. even if i dont move they are soon flapping thier ears and bathing for five minutes or so then they are trying to get me up.
i do it every morning.
they see our brain patterns through our eyes.

UPDATE: Oct. 2018 ;

one important thing to bond with a dog is that the dog sleeps with you..... you do not have to be asleep. just them in contact with you. on sofa or easy chair. whatever. they do not have to sleep in bed with you.

Dogs can read our minds

I just, again, successfully tested my theory that dogs can pick up our brainwaves caused by our sight. my two dogs are knocked out sound asleep on both sides of me. i meditated about them a couple minutes and nothing happened. I turned my head toward them with my eyes closed and nothing happened. I looked at one ( all i did was turn my head, nothing else ) and she awoke after a few seconds. the other did nothing. I turned my head and looked at the other and the same thing happened. when i glanced back at the first one she was asleep again. then i started typing this and now both of them are up and at my side wondering what I want. because the can sense that I am thinking about them. I can awake in the morning and keep my eyes closed. the dogs keep snoring. when I open my eyes they awaken within a few seconds. no doubt whatsoever in my mind that dogs can read our minds, mainly through our eyes.

UPDATE: Dec.3, 2014

conclusive proof that dogs can read our minds. this morning cocoa proved it to me beyond a shadow...

we have two cars. a escape and a C-max. the former is parked at the far end of the driveway and the latter is parked close to the house.

we have only used the escape once since we bought the C-max in july.

cocoa has not ridden in the escape since then. she has only ridden in the c-max since.

this morning i decided to use the escape because it needs to get used ocassionally. i decided IN MY MIND i was gonna do it just moments before opening the door to go outside.

cocoa is a active dog. one of those that's always out the door first, as soon as there's a crack big enough for her to squeeze out of. she takes off like a shot straight to the car to get in back door.

this morning she shot straaight PAST the C-max and waited at the rear door of the escape.

there's no other explanation.... she read my mind.

i think we visualize what we are gonna do and they can see that visualization. just like they can see through our eyes.

UPDATE: may 25, 2015

our new puppy, kendra, a black mouth cur can already read my mind even though she's only 6 mos old.

i am certain of this because every time i think of her, when she's outside, her head pops through the dog door.

when she's outside and i WONDER about what she's doing and move toward the door to check on her she comes zooming through the dog door.

every time. all i have to do is WONDER if she's okay...
